Yesterday I had a lunch meeting at work and missed going to the gym. I was actually bummed since I had washed all my gym clothes and packed my gym bag the night before to hold me accountable. When Chris called me at lunch the first thing out of his mouth was, "You on a treadmill?!" haha. That's because this past week I have actually been looking forward to my lunch time work out. It breaks the day up and I've actually found myself to be less hungry.
Lunch was at the Flying Avocado - a local cafe across from my work that serves organic and healthy lunches. I ordered the ahi tuna avocado ceasar salad. Their salads are huge and so good! I probably had 6-7 oz of tuna in my salad! Ahi is one of my favorite things to eat! I love it blackened with lots of spices :)
I wish I snapped a photo, but I was in public with co-workers... oh, and too busy stuffing my face!

If I could have one celebrity's body it would probably be Jessica Beil! She is fit, in shape, toned and not super skinny... just what I strive to be! That's sexy!
